Week 1 Workouts

Hello Junior Spartans,

Welcome to your 1st week of team workouts. I have attached a file that you can print and use to check off. I truly expect each of you to do your best and complete the tasks assigned. Have fun doing these workouts, get outside, and really challenge yourself. Try to include another family member with you, working out with others can help motivate you and really push you to do your best. Good luck, and remember to send or post pictures of your progress in the "Team Discussion" page on the site or you can always email them to me. Good luck and have fun.
