Week 2 Workouts!!

Hello team! I received lots of great pictures and texts regarding week 1 workouts. I am extremely proud of all of you guys for continuing your hard work during this "pause" in our season. I have attached the new workouts for December 14-21. Please keep up the good work and really try and complete the tasks. Remember, good form and mechanics will help you improve, being lazy and undisciplined can cause injury and lead to bad habits. For those of you wondering about this picture, it feature moi at Fenway Park playing a little softball. That ball came within inches of killing the man in white. Oh well, he should have been paying attention.
